Most clients ask me to walk them through what a session actually involves. Here is the entire timeline, from the day you inquire to the day you replace your LinkedIn photo.

    You inquire

    Tell me what you need through the contact form. I reply within one business day with two or three open dates and a quote.

  2. 02

    We lock the date

    A 25% retainer holds your slot. You get a confirmation email with prep notes, wardrobe guidance, and the studio address (or your office address for on-location).

  3. 03

    Pre-shoot consult

    A short call or email exchange covers the looks you want, the outfits you have, and any deadlines (a launch, a board meeting, a casting call).

  4. 04

    The shoot

    Sessions run 60 minutes (LinkedIn) to three hours (personal branding). The first ten minutes are throwaway frames so you warm up. We review on a tethered monitor in real time so you know what you got before you leave.

  5. 05

    Selection

    Within 24 hours you get a private gallery of proofs. You favorite the ones you want retouched.

  6. 06

    Retouching + delivery

    Standard turnaround is 72 business hours from selection. Actor sessions are five business days. Files arrive in a private gallery, downloadable in web and print resolutions and three crops each.

  7. 07

    A year later

    I email everyone I have ever shot when their headshot crosses two years old. Refresh sessions get a returning-client rate.
